The purpose of this journey is to find a new and faster routine to China by sailing west.
I’m looking for strong healthy men that can survive the difficult sea journeys and can obey the commands of the captain. I need sailors who have a good temper. I also need men who are keen for adventure, which knows about ships and can read the map. I would like men that are loyal to me and men who are fearless. So come and sail to show off you talent, China, here we come
You would want to come join me in this journey because first you’ll get payment by the gold we find during our journey. Second you’ll be the first to find a new routine to China, and you will also be rewarded for that too. Also you as an individual are representing Spain, for the first to discover this new routine. You might want to join me because you are seeking for a new adventures since nobody has ever sailed west before!

Grace saying routine is wrong it’s route. Change it for a better grade and the work is good overall. When you type “Also you as an individual are representing Spain, for the first to discover this new routine.” Cross out “are” so it makes sense.
